After graduating from the University of Vermont, Jody Fraleigh worked as a tribunal assistant for the American Arbitration Association in Hartford Connecticut from 1988-1990, concentrating on labor and construction cases. In 1990, she moved to the South Bend area and began working with Robert Konopa and Margot Reagan as a Paralegal assisting them in litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, product liability and nursing home litigation.
In January 2008, when Konopa Reagan, LLP joined Tuesley & Hall, LLP, she began to also assist Attorney, Eric W. von Deck and Mark D. Kundmueller in litigation matters.
Community emphasis:
- Jody is married with three sons. She is committed and involved in supporting their school and sports activities. She is also involved in her church.
