Experience

Jody has been assisting Partner, Robert J Konopa, with civil litigation matters for twenty years. Her experience includes personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, insurance defense and nursing home litigation matters.

In January 2008, when Konopa Reagan, LLP joined Tuesley & Hall, LLP, she began to also assist attorneys, Eric W. von Deck and Mark D. Kundmueller in litigation matters as well.

After graduating from the University of Vermont, Jody Fraleigh worked as a tribunal assistant for the American Arbitration Association in Hartford Connecticut from 1988-1990, concentrating on labor and construction cases. In 1990, she moved to the South Bend area and began working with Robert Konopa and Margot Reagan as a Paralegal assisting them in litigation.
