Tracey Anderson, who joined Tuesley Hall Konopa, LLP in January 2006, brings over 20 years of legal experience to complement the firm’s focus on serving the owners and managers of small to medium-sized businesses.
A CPA who also has earned a special legal degree in taxation (LL.M.), Tracey maintains an intricate knowledge of tax laws and their specific application to businesses and individuals. He combines this expertise with his estate planning, probate, trust administration and guardianship administration practice to offer clients in-depth and well-rounded legal counseling.
Tracey is also a professor of accounting at Indiana University, South Bend, IN, teaching undergraduate and masters-level accounting and tax courses. He was in sole practice for four years. Prior to that, he served in an Of-counsel position at May Oberfell Lorber in Mishawaka, IN.
Tracey is certified in Indiana as an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist by the Estate Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association Trust and Real Property Section.
