Deb Filley has worked with Tom Hall since 1989 as both a legal assistant and paralegal. She assists Tom, Mick Tuesley, Eric Seigel and Eric von Deck in day-to-day general corporate and real estate matters, including documentation, research and preliminary drafts of agreements.

She has substantial transactional experience including document review, due diligence and preparation of exhibits and schedules. She also coordinates the assignments of contracts, leases and intellectual property.

Having spent more than 18 years working on legal issues with corporate clients, Deb offers a knowledgeable, practical and detail-oriented approach in her service to business owners.
