Practicing real estate and commercial transactions and litigation Eric von Deck joined Tuesley & Hall in 2006, bringing prior experience in corporate law and transactions as well as civil litigation, primarily in commercial and real estate matters. Eric has represented Fortune 500 companies, closely-held businesses and individuals alike in negotiating and closing their real estate and business transactions, and in helping them resolve their disputes in these matters as well. Eric's practice focuses on real estate and commercial transactions and litigation, but also includes experience in estate planning, capital markets and securities regulation, corporate governance, general corporate representation and insurance regulation. Eric earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School in 1999 and was the recipient of the Dean's Award for Business Associations.
