Konopa and Reagan join Tuesley & Hall, LLP, now operating under the name Tuesley Hall Konopa, LLP

Tuesley & Hall, LLP is pleased to inform you that effective January 1, 2008, Robert J. Konopa and Margot F. Reagan combined their practices with the law firm of Tuesley & Hall, LLP.

Konopa Reagan, P.C. and Tuesley & Hall, LLP have consulted with each other for quite some time when the needs of our clients dictated. Given our proximity to one another in the RiverPlace Professional Center and as a natural progression of our increasingly closer professional relationships, Robert J. Konopa, Margot F. Reagan and staff have joined the Tuesley & Hall litigation practice section, and Tuesley & Hall’s name has changed to Tuesley Hall Konopa, LLP.

Bob was inducted as a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers in 1990. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Inc. and Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (Member, Board of Directors, 1996-98, Diplomate Award 2000), American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. In 2008 Bob was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 25th anniversary edition of The Best Lawyers in America® in the specialties of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation and Product Liability Litigation.

Bob’s extensive trial experience, combined with mediation skills acquired from formal training and a negotiator's instincts are particularly useful in complex cases, whether they involve personal injury or commercial subject matter. He is a certified mediator and has successfully tried cases representing plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of personal injury, insurance litigation, products liability, transportation law, medical and legal malpractice, business disputes, contract claims and alternative dispute resolution.

Margot Reagan began practicing in the area of civil litigation in 1989. She has successfully tried and settled cases representing plaintiffs, as well as defendants, in cases involving products liability, discrimination, sexual abuse, defamation, insurance defense, personal injury and nursing home litigation. She has also conducted extensive research and presented seminars on mold litigation in defense of contractors and builders. Margot’s expertise as a litigator in these areas rounds out the litigation capabilities of Tuesley Hall Konopa, LLP to better serve our clients needs.

While Konopa and Reagan bring vast experience and expertise to our litigation section, Tuesley Hall Konopa, LLP continues to offer expertise and professional legal services in the areas of business formation, business transactions, estate and succession planning, estate administration, tax planning, transportation law, employment law and real estate law.
